This is a fantastic board from CelCakes & CelCrafts is brilliant for all your sugar flower making projects.

It is very smooth and robust - it doesn't mark easily even with constant use - and of course non-stick. Twice the size of the CelBoards one it gives you plenty of room for those larger flowers

It has one side completely smooth while on the other there are a number of grooves which makes rolling out your leaves and flower petals very quick and easy, leaving them thickened centre veins which are perfect for easily inserting wires. A great time-saver which creates evenly sized veins for a very neat finish. The board also has 3 sizes of hole suitable for using with "mexican hats". How did we ever survive until this brilliant piece of equipment came along when making thousands of leaves for wedding cakes!
