A fashionable and pretty art nouveau style flower cutter from Marion Frost's Patchwork Cutter range, suitable for celebration cakes of all kinds including weddings, anniversaries and engagements.

Emboss directly onto the cake and then paint or cut out and position either as a single motif for top or side decoration or fix all over the cake to give a beautiful textured Art Nouveau design. To set this off to it's best roll and cut out and whilst still on the board dust liberally with lustre colour such as Sugarflair or Squires Kitchen before fixing to the cake with a little edible glue.

The recomended paste to use is Mexican paste which you can make yourself or can buy either as a ready to mix powder or as ready to use paste.
