Patchwork Cutters - BRICKWORK EMBOSSER

This great Brickwork embosser from Marion Frost at Patchwork cutters is brilliant for finishing your novelty sugarpaste cakes by impressing  the paste to give a brick wall appearance. Use it for Castles and Churches and all sorts of novelty buildings.A very simple and easy way to get a very effective finish.

You can emboss directly onto the cake surface , repeating the impression as many times as required or for a better result roll out the paste and emboss before carefully lifting the paste into position on the cake taking care not to smooth out the impression. This embosser can also be used on pastillage or Mexican paste. The sections can be coloured using dusting colours and lustre colours for a pretty effect.
