Patchwork Cutters - Christmas - CAROL SINGER

A traditional cutter depicting a little Victorian Carol Singer under a tradional lamp watched by a little robin. A cute and traditional  Xmas cake motif. The Carol Singer cutter measures  approximately 12.5cm x 5cm and is great for an detailed top decoration. The little girl can also be used as a bridesmaid with the bride and groom cutter making it a versatile cutter for all year round. 

As with all Patchwork cutters this is very versatile and can be used in many different ways. Emboss directly onto the cake and then paint or cut out either as one piece or by applying a little more pressure to the cutter you can cut out in several sections allowing you to build up a 3d motif. If you cut out the motifs and leave to dry they can be used as free-standing decoration.

The recomended paste to use is Mexican paste which you can make yourself or can buy either as a ready to mix powder or as ready to use paste.
