A pretty daisy chain cutter / embosser from Marion Frost's Patchwork Cutter range, suitable for celebration cakes of all kinds including weddings, anniversaries and engagements or use to add flowers to novelty cakes. The single daisy cutter measures approx 5.5cm x 2.5cm and the daisy chain embosser measures approx 11cm x 1.5cm.

Emboss directly onto the cake and then paint or cut out and position either as a single motif for top or side decoration or fix all over the cake to give a beautiful textured design.The daisy chain can be embossed around the cake for a lovely side effect or single daisies can be cut out, dried and fixed to wires for a posy effect top decoration. T

The recomended paste to use is Mexican paste which you can make yourself or can buy either as a ready to mix powder or as ready to use paste.
