Patchwork Cutters - DIAMOND SIDE DESIGN EMBOSSER

This Diamond side design embosser from Marion Frost at Patchwork cutters consists of a diamond shaped grid embosser and several small embossers for added detail including a teardrop shape, small flower and blossom shapes. An absolutely perfect design for a diamond wedding anniversary cake but useful for all sort of celebration cakes. Teardrop 'gems' can be piped using piping gel or for a very impressive effect add the Squires Kitchen sugar diamonds to the design.

You can emboss directly onto the cake surface , repeating the impression as many times as required or for a better result roll out the paste and emboss before carefully lifting the paste into position on the cake taking care not to smooth out the impression. 

The Smocking diamond grid embosser measures approximately 10.5cm x 7cm.
