Sure to impress this beautiful place setting name card cutter comes from Marion Frost's Patchwork cutters range.. The cutter measures 8cm x 8cm.

Roll sugar icing thinly and cut out a place card. Fold down the centre allowing the motif to stand proud, and dry over a former such as folded card (I use a cereal packet!). When dry use food colouring pens to write the names onto the place settings and colour the Heart motif in with lustre colours, paste colours or edible gold or silver food colors. A real talking point at any occasion!

Use the Heart Garland cutters to make a beautiful matching cake.

The recomended paste to use is Mexican paste which you can make yourself or can buy either as a ready to mix powder or as ready to use paste.
